Viagra+Effexor+Lipitor = ?

As Hugh MacLeon put on on his blog GapingVoid that "The future belongs to the Artist and the Chinese", but what about a prime combo of Viagra and Antidepressant?

Any Guesses? I am talking about the most important acquisition of 2009, Pfizer the world's largest drugmaker paying $68 billion for rival Wyeth. This brings brands such as Lipitor and Effexor under the same umbrella and these two are amongst the largest selling drugs in the US in their segments. Pfizer will pay $50.19 per share for Wyeth, valuing Madison, N.J.-based Wyeth at a 14.7 percent premium to the company's closing price of $43.74 Friday.Lipitor alone brings $13 billion odd for Pfizer and Effexor is expected to add as much as $8 billion more to this number. This still does not take into account Viagra which is arguably the iconic drug that Pfizer makes.

The acquisition is happening in the middle of Pfizer's decision to cut workforce by 10 percent and is expected to hit the company with a 15-35% dilution of EPS.
